Made for play, young kids love this creative home with a chalkboard wall in the private garden, a children’s bike, and plenty of space for drawing and playing inside and out. A nice playground is around the corner (2-minute walk) and the local library (5-minute walk) has a great children's space. Sonseveria (2-minute walk) is a cosy local restaurant that has toys and is very child-friendly. A baby bath and changing table is included.

Accommodation Details

This 2-bedroom ground floor apartment includes an open kitchen, dining and living space with table seating 5. A cozy indoor veranda leads to a private garden with eating area and 3 hammocks. A spacious family bathroom is shared by 2 connected bedrooms, including a master with floor-level fullsize bed and children’s room with toddler bed and kid’s toys.

Style Notes

Playful and colorful. This family apartment is designed with natural materials and hues, colorful textiles, indoor plants and travel-influenced books and art. In the warmer months there are flowers and vegetables growing in the garden where 3 colorful hammocks from Brazil and Honduras are hung for relaxing after a day in the city. We love the large windows, natural light and toddler art on display.

The World Diamond Center

The vast majority of the world’s diamonds are cut, polished, and traded in Antwerp's Diamond Quarter. Fashion forward and with stunning architecture, it has plenty to interest kids, including Antwerp Zoo, Aquatopia aquarium, Pirateneiland indoor playspace and the Diamond Museum. Stroll down the cobblestone streets, grab a cone of french fries and browse the cutting-edge galleries.
