This Lisbon apartment in the cool Arroios neighborhood is bright and spacious and has a well-stocked playroom for the kids. It sleeps up to 6 + 1 and is best for 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The main living room has room for adults to cook or relax and for kids to play. Parents will appreciate the contemporary master bedroom with its own ensuite, while there is a family bathroom with a shower and a bath tub for the kids. The apartment has a full kitchen and family-sized dining area for easy meals in. For meals out, there are plenty of options within easy walking distance.

Why Kids Love it

Young kids will delight in the playroom at this residence that has toys and games suited for girls and boys under 10. There’s a play kitchen, a teepee with cushions and soft sheepskin rugs, a toy zoo, musical instruments for a sing-along, and a mini table and chairs with craft supplies. Local playgrounds are a short walk away and kids will adore the beautifully decorated kids’ room with 2 child-size beds with star wallpaper and cuddly animal cushions. A crib, high chairs, baby toys and a baby bath can be provided on request.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 5 nights. The flat is safe and secure on the 1st floor with stairs access. There are no internal stairs in the apartment making it ideal for toddlers. Please note that there is no outdoor space. For drivers, there are plenty of parking places on the street and around the apartment (metered). The living room and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a washing machine and dryer, plus ironing board and iron. WiFi available. No pets allowed.

About the Location

This residence is located in the quiet and family-friendly Arroios neighborhood in Lisbon. The area has come to be known as one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world, praised for its cultural and sporting offerings including open-air galleries, vintage architecture, great food and colorful basketball court within the lovely park of Jardim Braancamp Freire. Arroios is central and close to several buses and subway stations: Saldanha (Yellow / Red lines) and Alameda (Green / Red lines). Supermarkets, restaurants, a playground for kids and a gym are 5 minutes’ walk. From Lisbon Portela Airport it's a 15 minutes’ taxi ride or take the subway to Saldanha, approx. 40 mins.

Accommodation Details

This 225 m2 family apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 1 floor. The spacious 43 m2 main living area has a sofa / TV are, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a table seating up to 6, plus 2 Stokke highchairs for babies or young children. There is a kids’ playroom with toys, art and craft supplies and books. The master bedroom has a queensize bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, WC and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 (kids’ size) twin / single beds plus a crib for baby and a changing table. Bedroom 3 is a guest bedroom with a desk and a day bed that converts to 2 single / twin beds. There’s a family bathroom with a bath tub, shower and bidet, and a further powder room.

Style Notes

Bright, light, modern and sophisticated. This city pad is mainly white with playful primary color accents such as the yellow dining chairs, turquoise kitchen backsplash and bright cushions in the master bedroom. There are pale wooden floors throughout and large windows that allow in lots of natural light. Designer lighting in the living space and contemporary bathrooms complete the look. We love the fun cuddly animal heads in the kids’ rooms and in the kitchen, the black tiles and lime accents in bathroom, and the super playroom.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
