Accommodation Details

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with a tub, 1 with a shower), set over 2 floors. There’s a spacious dining and living area on each floor, so everyone will have their own space. The primary bedroom features a queensize bed, while the children’s room boasts a set of bunk beds and lots of toys and books. The third bedroom also has a queensize bed and there’s a washer/dryer on both floors. The hosts also have 1 travel crib and 2 single sofabeds available. Outside, there is an air hockey table and an outdoor table tennis in the backyard, as well as huge outdoor spaces for entertaining, rest and play, with various outdoor tables and chairs.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

Williamsburg, aka ‘Babyburg’, is a hip family hangout. Swing down to the waterfront to watch the boats then hit the Smorgasburg street food market at snacktime. Grass is rolled out on Bedford Ave at the weekend for impromptu picnics, and the neighborhood is packed with street-art inspired play spaces, playgrounds and an array of hip kids boutiques.
